Who I am

This website (techbot.pro) is run by Dhanraj Chakravarti, trading as Creative Solutions (brand: TechBot), Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. I am responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
• Technical data: your IP address and the page you sent the form from, to prevent spam and abuse.
• Email and WhatsApp: anything you choose to send me directly.
• Free tools: files you use in the tools (such as the Document Extractor and the Screenshot Generator) are processed only in your browser and are never uploaded or saved. I only count that a tool was used, with your country and the date, and nothing that identifies you.
• Chat assistant: the chat button answers from a fixed list of answers on this website (no AI service, nothing is shared with anyone else). If it can't answer a question, the question you typed is saved with your country and the date only, without your name or IP address, so I can add an answer. If you send the short form in the chat, it is handled exactly like the contact form.

I do not collect payment details on this website, and I do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract at your request).
• To keep the website secure and stop spam (legitimate interest).

I never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Only me. Your data is stored with the hosting and email providers that run this website and my inbox. They process it on my behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Some of these providers may store data outside the EU; where that happens, I rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

The contact form (also the short form in the chat and under the free tools) uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person and not a spam bot. It runs in your browser and sends technical data (such as your IP address and browser details) to Cloudflare for this check only.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the work and for legal and tax requirements.

Cookies

This website only uses essential cookies: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that protect the contact form. They are deleted when you close your browser or after a short time. No tracking or advertising cookies are used, so no cookie banner is needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how I use it, or ask me to stop using it. Email [email protected] and I will reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or Ireland, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission). If you are in India, your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
