Developer Work Management Platform
A Jira-style work management tool that replaced Trello, Excel sheets and an in-house task tracker for one team.
The client's name is kept private at their request.
- tools replaced: Trello, Excel, old tracker
- 3
- place for all team work
- 1
The problem
The client's developers tracked work across Trello boards, Excel sheets and an old in-house task tool.
Nobody had one clear view of who was doing what, and managers spent hours collecting status updates.
What I built
I built a work management platform inspired by Jira, but simpler: projects, tasks, assignments, statuses and progress views in one place.
The team moved all their work into it and stopped using Trello, Excel and the old tool.
