The problem
The sales team received many calls from existing clients but could not tell who was calling until they asked.
They lost time searching records during the call, and clients had to repeat themselves.
What I built
I built an Android app that recognises incoming calls and shows the client's details on screen as the phone rings.
Staff can greet clients by name and pick up where the last conversation ended.
