Questions
Is my invoice uploaded to your server?
No. The text is read by OCR software that runs inside your browser. Your file never leaves your device, and nothing from the document is saved. We only count that the tool was used, and from which country.
Which documents work best?
Clear, straight photos or scans of printed invoices and receipts. JPG, PNG and PDF files up to 10 MB are supported. For PDFs, the first 3 pages are read.
Does it read Hindi?
Yes. Tick "Document also has Hindi text" before you upload, and the Hindi language data is loaded as well. English is always on.
How accurate is it?
This demo uses simple rules to find fields, so check the results before you use them. Messy layouts, handwriting and low-quality photos give weaker results. A custom system for your documents, with AI and validation, is much more accurate.
